SEK-Santa Isabel students prepare the STEAM project that they will present at the ‘Scientific Congress’

Students from SEK Santa Isabel International School will participate in the CIENTIFÍCATE Congress of Nature Sciences, an initiative framed within the Madrid Autonomous Region plan to promote STEAM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) that aims to bolster the learning of science subjects through teaching and learning processes based on inquiry.

Eight students from SEK-Santa Isabel will showcase their scientific project in this contest. In addition, developing their projects in the classroom has other added benefits for students, such as working with new technologies, the interdisciplinary work involved and, of course, the promoting creativity.

The students will be able to present and share the most outstanding projects with their peers from other schools at the CIENTIFÍCATE Congress, which this year will be held in different venues of the Polytechnic University of Madrid on 25 and 26 April.
