In 4th grade they have adapted to the circumstances and have continued with a project that has been carried out at school for years. It is an intergenerational project where the students correspond with the people who come to the Arganzuela Day Center sharing what they like the most, what they study…. After the letters are sent, a visit is organized so that they get to know each other, this time It has been done through a video call where one by one they were talked to the person who received their letters.
Max and Jimena wrote a few lines about this project:
As you already know, the elderly of the Arganzuela Day Care Center have loved the letters and drawings that the 4th grade students have sent to encourage and congratulate them this festive season. Last Monday, Friday and today, we have had the opportunity to videoconference them and get to know each other more whilst talking to them. I think we all had a very nice time and we are very grateful to have received letters in response to ours. We are looking forward to talking to them again!
