Olympism exhibition


In the lecture of  Juan Carlos Segovia, the core of the Olympic exhibition had as a fundamental element, in origin in Ancient Greece: places, sports, athletes and meanings.

He also discusses the beginnings of the modern Olympics with one name that stands out above all others, Pier of Cubertain. Afterward he details a brief description of the most significant figures of the different Olympics chronologically.

In Winter sports he illustrated the importance on the different sports that are the main characters of the Winter Olympics.

This lecture has enriched student and teacher alike in the cultural and anthropological history of Sports.
